By accepting this quotation and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that the price stated in Quotation QUOTE-7364 is the total amount payable for the services described within that quotation only. Any work, services, or requirements that fall outside the scope of this quotation will be subject to a separate and additional charge, agreed upon before such work is undertaken. Your Moving Limited accepts no liability for delays or complications arising from undisclosed items or requirements not included within this quotation.

This quotation includes access to and work involving x2 20ft containers located at:

The containers are included as part of the scope of this move. All work by Your Moving Limited in relation to these containers is limited to what is described within Quotation QUOTE-7364.

The cost for each 20ft container is £150.00 each (inclusive of VAT), totalling £300.00 for both containers. These fees are payable directly to Leicester Container Storage Limited and are entirely separate from the services provided by Your Moving Limited. Your Moving Limited accepts no responsibility for the payment, administration, or arrangements between the customer and Leicester Container Storage Limited.

Your Moving Limited agrees to unpack only the goods that we have packed as part of this quotation. We will not unpack any other boxes, containers, or items that were packed by the customer, a third party, or any other removal company. Any request to unpack additional items not within our scope will be treated as extra work and charged accordingly.

Prior to the commencement of Phase 2, the customer is required to clearly identify and communicate to Your Moving Limited all furniture and items that require assembly from the x2 existing 20ft containers. Failure to notify us in advance may result in delays, which will be charged at the standard waiting time rate. Your Moving Limited will not be held responsible for items not assembled due to insufficient notice or late disclosure.

You agree that the services outlined in this quotation will be carried out across two distinct phases, as fully described within Quotation QUOTE-7364. Both phases are agreed to in their entirety, and the customer may not cancel or request modifications to Phase 2 once Phase 1 has commenced without written agreement from Your Moving Limited. Any modifications may incur additional costs.

Upon successful completion of Phase 1, you agree to pay the remaining outstanding balance for Phase 1 as clearly stated in Quotation QUOTE-7364. This payment must be made on the day of completion of Phase 1, prior to Your Moving Limited vacating the premises. Failure to make payment on the day will result in a late payment charge of £50 per day until the balance is cleared.

A deposit is required before Your Moving Limited will commence Phase 2. The deposit amount is clearly stated in Quotation QUOTE-7364. Your Moving Limited reserves the right to refuse to commence Phase 2 until the required deposit is received in full. The deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels Phase 2; however, it can be rescheduled to a later date without any charge.
